I have been meaning to write to you for a long time.
Our first meeting did not go very well. I thought, I dont think you were quite sure I was such a wreak!!

I really do not know how to thank you for taking care of me so well, you were all we would wish for in a Surgeon [sic].
Kind, understanding, gentle and really caring for me as a person.

I watched you during my operation, & I know how hard you worked, no talking, just concentrating on me, I really felt for you when you were stopping the bleeding in my groin, you were so tired, but you never relaxed.

You are an amazing man, dont ever change.
